1. Getting Started
What's Inside
Inside the package you’ll find the main sphere unit, four detachable support legs, waste bin drawer, waste bags, odor control cartridges, power adapter, instruction manual, and accessory box.
2. Litter Box Setup Steps
A. Accessories Installation
Gently turn the unit on its side. Align each leg with its designated slot and twist firmly until secure. Ensure all four legs are evenly installed. Return the unit to an upright position on a flat surface. The unit should stand without wobbling.
Open the sphere and confirm the litter pad sits flat with no curled edges. A smooth, even surface ensures proper rotation and sensor accuracy.
B. Trash Bin & Bag Installation
Pull out the bottom waste bin. Insert a compatible trash bag and fold all four edges neatly over the rim. Make sure the bag does not block the drawer rails. Slide the drawer back in until fully closed. Proper installation seals in odor and maintains freshness.
C. Sifting Mesh: Compatible Litter Types
The unit includes two different litter sifters. The butterfly mesh sifter is designed for bentonite and mineral litter, which contains finer particles. The vertical bar sifter is designed for tofu or mixed litter and is suitable for larger particles. Always power off the unit before replacing the sifting grate.
D. Deodorization Box Installation
Each Lesure litter box includes a deodorizer box with two fragrance cartridges. Place the cartridge in its designated section on the waste bin to help maintain freshness.
E. Proper Litter Box Placement
To ensure the litter box functions properly, place it on a flat and stable surface. Leave at least two inches of clearance around the device. Avoid thick carpets, uneven flooring, or positioning near walls or objects that may obstruct rotation. Proper placement supports smooth sifting and accurate sensor detection.
3. Helping Your Cat Adjust to a New Litter Box
Most cats adapt quickly. To ease the transition:
• Place the new litter box in the same location as the previous one
• Add a small amount of used litter to familiarize scent
• Do not force your cat inside
• Allow natural exploration at their own pace
4. Setting the Right Litter Amount
Pour litter into the sphere following the indicated MIN and MAX guidelines. Do not exceed the maximum fill line, as overfilling may interfere with cleaning cycles and internal rotation.
5. Power Connection
6. Daily Maintenance
For deeper cleaning, disconnect the power supply and allow the unit to fully power down. Disassemble the sphere as instructed in the manual. Clean the drum, litter pad, and waste drawer using mild soap and water. Ensure all components are completely dry before reassembly and reconnection to power.
7. Installing the Odor Seal Ring
Install the odor isolation ring securely to prevent leakage and maintain freshness. Ensure it sits evenly and is not twisted during installation.
8. Indicator Lights & Button Functions
Refer to the control panel for indicator lights and button functions. Each light corresponds to device status, cleaning cycles, or system alerts.
9. App Setup & Connection
Download the companion app and follow the in-app instructions to connect your device. For best results, place the unit in an area with strong Wi-Fi signal strength.
Once connected, the app does more than log cleanings. It tracks litter box usage frequency, visit duration and weight trends to help you understand your cat’s daily patterns. Subtle changes in bathroom habits can sometimes signal underlying health concerns. With real-time notifications after each cleaning cycle and long-term habit tracking, you gain visibility that helps you act early, stay informed and be a more proactive pet parent.
10. Troubleshooting & Error Codes
If the device encounters an error:
Step 1: Check for blockages inside the sphere
Step 2: Ensure the infrared sensor is not obstructed
Step 3: Confirm proper power connection
Step 4: Restart the device
